Summer Workout

Ok so I went swimming with my friends today and like I was the only one who wasnt in a bikini. When I was younger I was always the girl who was skinny and wore watever she liked because she could fit into anything that was until I got to high school. Ever since then my body hasnt really been in great shape and now I realise that its so more important now to take care of my body and look great…or atleast better than I look now. My goal is to find a great workout and stick to it and in a month or two maybe I’ll have the bikini body I’ve wanted for ages. Anyone who can help me through this (maybe workouts, support or even tips) is greatly appreciated.

to be honest it all comes down to genetics. but you got to work really hard the best way to go is toning , light weights lots of reps and pilates are the very very best, try get into kickboxing 3 days a week.
