Relative to other fast foods like greasy McDonald's burgers or deep-fried chicken from KFC I'd say yes. But compared to a nutritious home-cooked meal? Nope.
No meat or condiments and choose whole wheat bread. Boring, I know. Or choose tuna or chicken and the oil/vinegar dressing.
it is healthy if you make it healthy. so it can be healthy dependding on what a person chooses to put on their sandwhich
I agree with Lexie, it does pretty much depends on what you put on it and wheather you get the 6 inch or 12 inch
