How do I change a non-jpeg photo into a jpeg?

Right click it and select : open with - internet explorer - wait for it to open - and right click it again and select save as - choose jpeg or type in .jpg instead of .Gif or Bitmap (.bmp)

Use MS Powerpoint to change the file extension of the photo. For example, you want to change the extension .bmp to .jpeg. Just copy the pictures and paste it to the slides of powerpoint then right click>select save picture as>on file types select jpeg.. there you go. Hope it helped!

use a photo editing package then open the image then goto menu [file] then [save as] choses filetype jpg then save
