do you have a program called paint? just put the pic on there and re-save it as a .jpg :)
Open a photo editing application like photoshop or paintshop pro.
Open the picture
Then go to File>Save As and in one of the drop down boxes change to jpg
To make things easy,here are some better steps on how I do my own:
1.Save the photo as the format it is 2.Go to tinypic.com and upload it 3.Take the layouts url and paste it in your web browser 4.Hit enter and save it but instead of the one it was saved as put .jpg at the end of the description and there ya go
