I am 15, 103, and about 5'4" I know im light for my age and what not I just still want to lose some weight and my stupid stomach pouch. Does anyone know how to?
You don't need to lose weight...you just need exercise...swimming/walking are the two best and underated exercises in the world.

Walking or swimming is the best exericses, but any kind of exercises would do...
no need to lose weight. Crunches or sit-ups will work for your stomach
What wuold be better is to do sit ups or other ab exercises
