I just want to knoe does anyone has any ideas how to lose that pouch that be under some girls stomach...
no, crunches will help to tone your upper stomach muscules. the only way to lose the "pouch" is to diet, and build muscules underneath once you've done so. the thing I personally do is to roll your hips back when laying back down on the floor until your back is completally flat against the ground, do this over and over, it shouldn't hurt at all.
I heard crunches could do it..maybe somone else will have better suggestions.dancing sometimes gives you a work out for your tummy too
colon cleanser will work. They say you have on avg. 20 lbs of extra weight in your colon. And maybe that can make your tummy go down.
Just Do sit ups everyday like fifteen a day should work. Also watch what you eat.

Do situps and some morning jogging can help a lot.
