How can I get nice abs before august?
Well First you need to work out. Run or jog to bring up your heart rate and just keep up the energy. You want to burn fat and gain muscle. Everything depends on you body type and your current shape your in. There are many exercises you can do: Crunches, sit ups, leg throw downs, plank, leg lifts, there are workouts all over the internet. For me I am in a Physical conditoning course so everything is scheduled. I do upper body then upper body switching off each day, but most important I do cardio first. (Jogging a mile with effort of about 7/8 out of 10)
basicaly wut the person above me said but do it in every other day intervoles to let your muscles heal and tighten (this varies on how far you are in your training) and remember to eat healthy!
Eat HEALTHY! that is key! excersice is super importan too, but if you eat like crap you won't get any results. good luck
