Some Twitch

My left & right eyelids are constantly twitching! Why?

OH OHHH OH! my mom just told me about this!! its a vitamin defficiancy in your body, making your nerves spaz. take some multi’s and you should be okay in a few days

This is caused by your nerves. They come and go. Sometimes there are no reasons for twitching.

For most people it is a sign of nervousness. This is when your nerves tense up and start moving when you don’t know you are - hence the twitch. If you have tourettes, you would be more blinky than twitchy

This sounds funny but I even went to the hospital and one of the nurses said I was going to see something strange but nothing actually happened

Nerves. That’s what I was told. Either not sleeping enough, or when you’re especially nervous about something xx

I have always heard that when your eyelids twitch it means you have not had enough sleep.
