I'm a skinny guy but recently I've been eating a lot, what can i do to get rid of some stubborn belly fat? What type of exercise, or small diet can you recommend. I've tried crunches and sit ups, but they don't work for me, I tried for about 2 weeks but no results. This cellulite just doesn't look good on me seeing it as I'm 5'0 and 92 pounds =p. Just want to look good for some pool parties! yay!
Anyway, if u no a routine or sumtin that can help, im all ears =]
for one t weeks aint gonna do shiet....you gottta do it for a while...and pretty much....eat healthy...i eat a salad as often as i can...its all bout effort in workin out or training and not eating mcdonalds
try eatig healthier foods ans exersising a lot like in sports.
