What solutions should Australia use to solve their refugee problem?

pls answer in relatively simply words

If I was the Prime Minister, I would speed up the refugee application process so these called refugees do not have to wait yeas and years to get an answer. If they are not genuine refugees I would ship them back home ASAP with excuses whatsoever.....I would also crack down on people over staying their visas (folks that arrive on the planes legally and decide not to return home, folks from Ireland, UK, Scots,Europe etc etc), first strike and you are out, wait another 10 years before you can visa Australia again.

Another boat to-day...on, and on it goes. If I were Prime Minister, I wouldn't let them into the country, ever. They would all be sent back to their country of origin.
