Are you talking about the charcoal they use. That binds to the chemical in the body. Last o read it was only good for Tylenol (acetominophen) OD. Granted Ecstasy is after my time but charcoal shouldn't be used by anyone other than medical professionals.
dude its so easy to kill your roll and not be rollin anymore just focus and you can do it although you cant get rid of the phyiscal effects like the dilated pupils just try and stay in the dark where they arent noticable
