soap making using glycerine soap

Anyone have some great ideas of color combinations, making the scent you add last longer than a week or so, any other ideas you would like to share would be greatly appreciated. I use purchased blocks of glycerine and shea butter to cut up and melt.

Dear teacher, Since children and lots of adults have sensitivities to smells instead how about placing some pretty flowers, leaves etc. in the adult soaps and in children’s soaps plastic figures of things like sponge bob etc. remembering that they must not be small enough to swallow. Sue
