Im Not Sure About DC but In California They Have Yummy Smoothie Places Called “JUICE IT UP & JAMBA JUICE”

Peacock cafe has slow service and is pricey (in my opinion) for what you get–smoothie is small and not very fresh- tasting, but will set you back $6.50 and about 20 min wait time.
