how long does a teen my age need sleep?? im 17 btw!!! I've been stayin up really late and I get like 6 hours at the tops!! because I do feel tired for most of the time!!! I think I should go back to sleep now or sumthin!!!lol
I would say get all the sleep you can while you are young because when you completely grow up,there is no time for sleep, especially if you have to work and go to college. Normal amount of sleep is about 9 hours for people your age.
I say when your old you've got all the time in the world to sleep...because that's probably the only thing you can do...cause if you laugh too hard your teeth fall out and if you move too much your back gives out...
8-10 hours. It may sound like a lot, but 10 hours is optimal for most healthy active growing teens.
