Stop breathing so loud in sleep?
How can I get myself to stop breathing so loud in my sleep? I dont snore, but I breath in and out of my nose VERY loudly, like say you were to take a deep breath through your nose. Thats what I sound like! my boyfriend tells me I breath really loud in my sleep, and even when im asleep I can hear myself sometimes. How do I stop, or tone down the loudness of it? Once again, I dont snore!
There are these strips for your nose you can buy called “Breathe Right Navel Strips” and they help unclog your nose canal so you can breathe normally. It helps people who snore and breathe loudly. The thing I liked about these strips is that they come in either clear or skin colour. You can purchase them at any drugstore.
u can get strips for your nose and stuff but I dont realy think its a probmil and if your boyfriend dont like it get him to stop it if you cant and yeah lol are u sure you dont snore?
