Is it healthy to skip eating the whole day and then eat in the evening? While also exercising twice a day?
Not medically.You can get gastric ulcer and all sorts of health problems.But I have done it and has found it highly effective. Its your choice.

if you excercise a lot... you should be eating more than people who don't... 5 small meals aday...
nope and if its for a diet its even worse. See you can regain the weight you starved for haha not worth it
