Skin and bones

Im 19yrs old 5’5 and 135 lbs. I want SOO badly to lose weight. I am overweight and I feel like I should lose at the very least 20 pounds. I would love to weigh around 110 lbs.? and then see how I feel when I get there. I need some advice and support. O yeah and I love food but don’t want to. Let me know if you have any good ideas…anything helps I’m open to and ideas to stop cravings? get more motivation? a magic pill to make me stop eating maybe, haha…ANYTHING! I know there are tons of girls that feel the same way I do, so jealous of skin and bones celebrities and what not. Shout at me!

I know this is going to sound rude, but there are so many people out there that legitimatly need to lose weight because they are VERY unhealthy. and to see people who im sure are skinny and great looking makes be very jealous, angry and envious. the best thing to do however is to simply turn your fat into muscle. you will stay the same weight but look thinner and better

For your height and weight, your BMI is at 22.5 which is not overweight. It is actually a normal BMI calculation. But if you feel like your are in need of loosing a bit of weight then exercise and eat healthy. Those are the only two things that can make you a healthier person. Also when you’re eating, eat smaller portions and stop eating once you’re feeling full. Hope this helps and good luck!
