How often do you and your significant other argue?

Answer #1

I would say about twice a month. Its always petty stuff though. Nothing really serious. People will rag me for this but I think small arguments are healthy. I think when you do not argue ever, you just simply do not care.

Example. Your wife tells you she was close to falling asleep when driving home. Of course I’m going to be heated, cause I care for her safety. So if we argue as to the fact that she needs to pull over and call somebody or take a break then its ok.

Again, some arguments just simply show you care about something.

Answer #4

I guess I am odd. We only have a fight every 6 months. We are both very calm and laid back people. It takes a lot to upset us. Plus when we do disagree we just talk it out in a calm manner.

Answer #5

Frequently but they are mini arguments.. nothing serious, we normally forget about it like… half hour after they happen. Arguments are more common when your completely comfortable with the person..I sure am comfortable especially when i PMS :p

Answer #6

every 3 hrs

Answer #7

We argue about once a week. They are usually over petty stuff but we both have tempers so they can turn into intense debates rather quickly. I agree with Kevin that small arguments are healthy. It allows both of you to clear the air and get everything out on the table in a non-offensive manner. However, when you start getting offended/offensive it may be a problem. It just depends on the cause of the argument, the structure of the argument, and the aftermath of the argument.
