NO its pronounced OFFEN Spelt OFFTEN. Dailects have nothing to do with it. Its like Whip, Ghost etc. I know people from all over the world and with the same dialects and say it differently. Thought having said that just because it may be accepted both ways dosent make it right xD
I pronounce it with the "t." Others say it differently. I guess it just depends on the person. It's kind of like the word "probably." Some say it the way it's spelt while others pronounce it as "probally." :)
I don't pronounce it with the t..i guess it just depends on how you would like to sound or how you were raised to say it. Without a t is how I say it without thinking.
Depends on the dialect of your community. There's really no set way to pronounce words since English is just so diverse in its dialects and interpretations.
Click the little speaker on the side of the word often.... http://funadvice.com/r/169o6ffunne
lol i didnt think there was another way to say milk, unless its in a different language
i think depending on who you are. i have a friend who says milk differently then i do.
Your question has already been answered, but I personally pronounce it both ways.
i think it just comes natural like we dont even think about it but we do
Yes, you're supposed to. Anyone who doesn't isn't speaking correctly.
Both are possible. See here:

Whenever I say it, it sounds like "off tin"
Thanx!! that actually helped
I've seen it both ways...
You're welcome! (:
Offin :)
