Should I sleep with my nose stud in if I keep losing it?

So when I sleep my nose stud always falls out, I’ve tried two different kinds of studs, the ones with backs and the ones shaped like Ls with no backs, whenever I wake up I’ve found that the ones with backs stay in but the backs always get lost, the ones shaped like Ls are completly lost. What should I do ???:(

u should get sum tape thats used for piercings I had the same problem with my nose stud but I never lost my stud if I had tape on it. it really works.

the L shaped ones are not good there pretty cheap things that most unprofesional piercers give you, or that you buy from places that sell unprofesional piercing jewlery and they easily come out youll want to get a nose screw thats shaped like this http://www.bodyjewelrytrends.com/images/Nose-Screw-Ball.jpg they rarely come out and they stay put, wven when you rub your nose and sleep
