I'm not overweight or thin, but I'd like to lose a few lbs. Althoughh, my parents hate the idea of me going on a diet mainly because I have stomach problems where my stomach hurts frequently for no apparent reason. Whenever I eat a smaller meal they notice right away and I get the lecture about me looking pale and not eating enough. I want to go on a healthy diet, like healthy but without them noticing. Is that possible? Tips? Should I lose a few lbs? I'm about 110. But I'm like short. l0l -.-'
OH YEAH, I FORGOT TO ADD IN, I'VE BEEN TO THE DOCTORS. I'M SEEING A GASTRIOLOGIST RIGHT NOW. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME. I DON'T FEEL LIKE THROWING UP OR ANYTHING; JUST HURTS A LOT. WHEN I EAT IT HURTS; WHEN I DONT EAT IT HURTS. AT RANDOM TIMES.

If your body hurts it is trying to tell you something. Listen to your body, throwing up (outside of the tummy flu) means your body is erjecting something that it does not like or need. For stomach issues the best medicine is oddly enough food, but good food. All natural healthy foods, the best being organics. Eat foods with no preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, etc.., and any ingredient that you cannot pronounce should send up red flags (google it).
If your stomach pain continues please go to get it checked out.
I am the same exact way with stomach problems..I like always feel like I gotta throw up for no reason and im never really hungry...I dont think you need to loose any weight...I am 5'5 and weigh 130...and happy!...but you should just start eating healthier!!!
your bmi seems to be 23. 18.5-24.9 is normal healthy weight. I understand about the short thing, I am too.
I'm like 4 10 cz im short it makes me look fatt.
