If I exersise 3 to 4 times a day, for 30 minutes, and eat only fruits and vegatables and a normal amount of meat and dairy products and whatever else is needed to lose weight. weigh 240 lbs when im supposed to be 120!!! I know its a lott!!!
u need to burn about 3000 calories to lose 1 pound, so pretty much you wanna try and burn all the calories you eat in a day and then some
I think it would be a little over eight months! if you stick it! goodluck!
