Should I give her the room

Well we got a big house. We got over 7+ living with us. But! Everyone have a room. But then my sister move back in. And she just had a baby. She sleep in the front room ( couch got a bed inside). The front room is a nice place to sleep. So dont take it as we poor or anything. We got room for everyone here. But I got a room. A nice room. My sister got her boyfriend and baby so yea. I was thinking it would be a nice idea to let her get my room. And I sleep in the front room. But I like this room. I can escape from everyone lol. But then again she got a baby and stuff. And she older. So she deserve it more. See I got a computer to. And a xbox elite. So yea. Got a lot of pro and con here. I dont mind sleeping in the front room. At night it just like a room ^_^.

( me)

Pro:

  1. Still have a nice bed to sleep on

  2. Got the front room tv all to myself at night hehe ^_^

  3. I can hook my xbox up to that tv ^_^

  4. Sister will have more respect for me

Ect.

Con

  1. Wont have a private room

  2. Wont be able to escape from everyone ( maybe)

( sister)

Pro

  1. Will have a better place to sleep in with hey baby and boyfriend

  2. Will have a safer place to sleep in

  3. Got her own private room

  4. A nice big bed ( biggest bed in the house)

  5. Got a place to put her labtop

  6. Got a place to put her clothes and stuff up

  7. Got a place to store all that baby stuff

Now do you think I should keep the room or let her have it?

Answer #1

Both of them have a point. I mean would your sister want to stay for a while? Or is she trying to move out? I do have to say that an xbox hooked up to the good TV is a pretty sweet deal. However, I haven’t been in your situation so I don’t know how you would go about finding our own time for your privacy. You’d have to figure that out.

A way to earn respect form your family members is always a plus. I wanna say compromising your happiness is not always a good thing, unless your happiness is strongly connected to your respect between family members. make your choice by those standards.

Answer #2

the minute you do that it is like saying “Stay for a few years” the minute you make things Comfortable the incentive to move out is lost.

Answer #3

It would be nice to let her have it.
