I have been going to the gym for a couple of months. I am seeing my body fat going down, but my inches are increasing. I want to try to keep the inches down too. What do I do?
well. by u working out, you probebly worked out your back muscles that made u slouch before and now u stand up straight which increases your height. You can't realy do anything to stay how tall you are right now. be proud of your height, i bet lots of people are jelous of it.
