How do I boost my selfesteem.
Create affirmations that you can say all day everyday in your head. This will remind you of what you want to be and feel. For example, I am so happy and grateful that I am fun and exciting. You can put words in that are your attributes. I am so happy and grateful that I am smart and kind. Whatever words that you want to be or your best attributes. This will help change your subconscious mind because that is where your thoughts of low self esteem come from.

I also have a low self esteem but I have learned that you have to put forth a lot of effort to be who you are and not care what people think!!! You should tell your self everyday I CAN... and then type back to me and tell me how awsome you are
stand in front of the mirror and close the door and tell urself "Im better than this" everyday 10x a day. eventually ull believe it and ull feel better. my choir teacher told me that. ^_^
