I need to know everything about scene make up. what’re the best brands of make up, best colors for blonde hair and blue eyes. everything. please
I have a friend thats scene. well first off blackEYELINER! and lots of it you can make the little cat streakthing at the end if you want. ike lala said neon eyeshadow neon green neon pink neon blue works good. black blonde or brightly colored hair and tease it so that its messy at the top and straight at the bottom also bows not huge ones tho medium or small also bright colors my friend likes invader zim so she gets bows with him onit lol. no lipstick/gloss just nude lips.
black makeup goes well with blond hair, especially scene hair. Bright neon colours like purple too…
cheaper brands are good, but avoid wet ‘n wild, I think it wears off too quickly. I’ve put black on in the morning, and by noon, its gray.
MAC is good. Maybelline too. Good covering foundation, go with Maybelline dream liquid mousse foundation, followed by the matching powder. Some girls use nude lipstick or even cover up on there lips. Its cute, and makes your eyes more noticable
