yes its good. but people who tend to run a lot will usually run into problems when they are older. I know i have a gym teacher who used to run and know both of her knees are shot.and i know a teacher whos in his 40's(hes in the national guard) had a small fracture or something like that in is ankle....but yes its still better to stay fit. just make sure you run the right way and you have the right shoes
That depends on your weight, actually. If you are thin, you can run as much as you want to.
If you are significantly overweight, you will ruin your joints. The knees will hurt, the ankles too. You might also cause permanent damage.
