What's a good way to get rid of menstrual cramps without medicine?

Answer #1

Sometimes you just have to let it ride. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome - which means I have cysts on my ovaries. So it causes more painful cramps when I’m on my cycle. Sometimes I have to lay down and massage my belly when the pain starts to get really intense. Taking a hot bath usually helps, but since you’re on your cycle try laying down in the shower - warm water should help calm the pain, and make the rest of your body feel good. Get some sleep and relax, hug a pillow if you need too. Good luck!!
