ugh is there anything I could do to get rid of cramps? Anything besides taking a Tylenol or motrin because I done relly like taking pills but I have suppperrr bad cramps =\

Answer #1

When I get cramps I eat a banana… they say bananas are really good from cramps. then I take 2 motrins or Advil. and drink a hot tea… that knocks me out and when I wake up I have no more pain.. ( AND I GET THEM REALLY BAD!!)

Answer #2

if the cramps are in your legs then try to run the cramp off. If they are anywhere nales, then I gues try to stretch your muscles that have the cramp.

Answer #3

Perhaps soak in a hot bath or use a hot water bottle, get some rest…not much else you can do, but if the cramps aren’t debilitating, then yoga can help (not recommended if the pain is too severe).

Answer #4

eat a banana :] it seriously helps.

Answer #5

drink milk. dairy helps ease cramps.

Answer #6

heating pads help and laying on your belly no tampons though they make them worse

Answer #7

Exercise actually helps ease the pain of menstrual cramps. As undesirable as it sounds, it does help. Try taking 2 Motrin (400 mg–and only if you have no allergies of course) and take a walk around the neighborhood. Exercise is great for helping with cramps. The only downside is it cause your flow to be heavier–so If you try this, wear extra protection. I think the answer above may be more suitable if you are having leg cramps–a lack of potassium can be causing the cramps and they can be relieved by eating a banana, which is high in potassium. (•:
