How do you get rid of worms in a human body without medication?

I am 14 and can’t tell my parents I have them, I just don’t have to courage to. I want them to go, they are a big problem and want them gone, is there any way of getting rid of them without medication? thx x

The medication is about $10 at the pharmacy … why are you afraid to tell your parents? It’s a common problem.

Lets just say, I dont have a that good relationship with them. They tend to moan alot, but i suppose I should tell them :/
