If you’re in the UK, you can buy chloramphenicol ointment or drops in a pharmacy. No prescription, c.£5.

A trick I learned is warming up some water then mixing in some salt. (warm salt water.) Stick in a cotton ball and then place it on the corners of your eye. I did it and it was gone by morning.
