Answer #3

RLS is when you often feel strange or uncomfortable sensations in your legs like tingling, crawling, squeezing. My mother has it and hers usually got worse when she was in bed. She has been taking Lyrica for neuropathy and rls for a few years now and hasn’t complained about the feelings since! It is not fatal, but it can create many sleepless nights. Years before she was actually diagnosed, I had to wake up in the middle of the night and massage her legs for about 20 minutes. This would happen about four or five times a night, several nights a week. Mind you I was about 10, and of course this would always happen on a school night. -_- Maybe your doctor can give you some advice on coping with it.

Answer #4

rls is when you keep your legs still and have to move them to get comfortable or while lying in bed your legs jerk for no apparent reason.
