wow brittany... kinda harsh... your threatening to report abuse on some helpless man who is obviously bitter about losing his legs fighting for america? I mean he has a point, people take every moment of life for granted, you're lucky just to be walking reporting abuse on something that petty is immature, I dont go crying to others when some mean person makes me feel bad. Besides you are asking strangers for advice at your own risk. And for god's sake, I'm going to try to ignore the fact that not only did you threaten to report abuse, but then you told him to suck it up? Your legs can get better with a simple ailment, but his wont just grow back, there's no "miracle grow" for limbs. People are fighting and getting limbs blown off for their country right now, when they come back are you going to tell them to "suck it up"? and oh my goodness, you did not... I know you didnt use all CAPS! how effective...

I've had it since I was pregnant with my daughter (4 years ago). I have noticed that if my feet or legs are cold it happens more so I try to wear socks to bed and have covers on my legs. If you go to the doctor there are 2 different medications they can give you, Requip is one of them but I'm not sure what the other one is. I used to take it every night then decided to try to sleep without it, things go great unless my feet or legs are cold. If it happens get up and stretch your ankles and calf muscles then try going back to bed.

well I've had it for 3 years, all you can do is relax yourself when it becomes bed time, drink some hot tea and read a book, if it gets worse you will have to go to the doc.
If you don't want to see a doctor about it, then all you can really do is whatever relaxes you. I had problems with it until last year.
