Reach 120 pounds by January,,,

HOW!!! I’m 138 pounds and a vegetarian. I’m 13 and 5’2” and I really really really need to lose 18 pounds by January 9th!!! (There’s a Sadie Hawkins Dance at that time!!!)

PLEASE help!!! I don’t want to over exercise or under eat. Please tell me what can make me lose that much!!!

dont do anything, losing weight is tough and 18 pounds is very hard in a month, plus during that time is Christmas! do you really want to be miserable for Christmas just for a dance? if a guy is going to go with you he’ll do it wether your 138 or 120 or somewhere in between, I know it’s super cliche, but it doesnt matter whats on the outside, its whats on the inside that counts.
