How can I reach my 160 pound goal?

Hey gUys,I’m dee!!!I’m 18,and my height is 6-2..I weigh 167…my goal is 160 pounds…I love eating right be before bed,like two bowls of cereal,but I go running every day for 40 mins,how can I loose this weight?I want to be super skinny and healty..help me pleaseee.

You need to be eating healthy throughout the day, make sure you are getting the proper nutrients and avoiding high calorie foods.

Well it’s good that you are running, but it doesn’t help that you eat late at night and then lay down and go to sleep. If you are going to eat your cereal try eating it early give your body a chance to digest your food.

Oh and if you have mastered running 40 mins a day then it might be time to increase your minutes running start with five more for a week and if you are with that go to 50. Stay there for a while till you feel comfortable with going after a whole hour.
