i dont know if i teared a bit of muscle or if its a reall severe muscle pull but, when i worked out the next day i was sore, i thought "im a bit sore , i mustve really worked hard yesterday" then another day passed by i was still sore but i noticed that when i tried to make my arm parallel with the floor i had a pain that was more painful than usual,so i havent worked out in fear that i could damage my arm so more, but i was wondering if i teared a bit of muscle
well thats how long it take for a 2nd degree to heal. my best suggestion for your own sake is to just get it checked out to be safe =) you can never be to safe when it comes to the condition of your body
i read it can take up to 2 to 6 weeks to repair depending on the severity and how quickly you got it treated after the incident
oh well i didnt get it treated bcus i thought it was a normal sore muscle
