My ears hurt after I run and it causes some nausea and discomfort. Is that normal?

Should I eat breakfast before or after I run?

What are some stretches that I can do before and after running?

Just to add on from the comment above:

When you eat your breakfast 30mins before your fun, drink 1pint of water aswell. This will hydrate you, but still take a bottle out with you. When you finish your run, drink another pint of water.
