I love drinking tea but usually I put sugar in it, because that's the way I like it. I don't put much in, about 1 or 2 Teaspoons of sugar. Does it make it any less healthy? P.S. I'm drinking Green Tea with lemon in it now! <3
Eating lots of sugar isn't healthy. If you're not eating too many carbs throughout the day, it is fine to put sugar in your tea.
Honey has far more health benefits then sugar ever will.
It depends how much your putting in but not normally.
