No it contains alcohol and it doesn’t clean it.
You just need some alcohol wipes and it won’t hurt cause there is not much alcohol.

Depends on the amount of alcohol in it, if there was a significant amount it might disinfec the cut. But, some perfumes don’t have that much alcohol. Try vodka instead :D
We don’t have any kind of alcohol here lol :P (my house) drinking is forbidden in my religion
