Why is it when I put concealer on my dark circles under my eyes, they make my dark circles look darker?
Perhaps you should try highlight them instead. Using a light, sheer powder.
If you put too much makeup on a flaw it will enhance it. Try using less

your probably using the wrong shade, use a concealer 1-2 shades lighter than your skin tone. a shade thats too light or too dark wont cover it properly and can even make the area look worse. and remember that less is more, if you use too much make-up you’ll just draw attention to the area
