Please, we REPEAT…Please take your puppy to the VET! It has reached the point of being cruel… Your puppy is suffering while you ask strangers on a website what is wrong… Please take the puppy to a VET.

It was dropped. It is showing signs of serious injury. It is not eating. It is vomiting.

TAKE IT TO THE VET!!!

Not normal, please go to a vet, do blood work and x-rays could be liver shunt but the puppy was dropped so who knows what it is, I can tell you non of us know, so take the puppy to the vet,

No its not normal. From what I heard you should stop feeding your puppy for 12 hours. The vomiting is caused by some sort of irritation in the stomach. Maybe it accidently ate something it wasnt suppose to? If vomits more then lets say 3 times… I say go to the vet. well after the 12 hour period feed it up to 2 times a day regulary so that it has a set diet with a set quantity of food, dont let him or her overfeed. this makes sure it has a balance diet. Try to keep your puppy happy (: usually you want to avoid the vet unless it becomes really serious
