Psx 90

Has anyone heard of and/or tried the psx 90 day program.? I’ve seen it on tv a number of times, just wondering if it’s worth trying.

I’ve seen it on tv, but the thing is that it’s just like every other workout program on tv. It works, but only as much as you put into it. So if you buy p 90 x and just don’t use it, it won’t do anything. A friend of mine got it off craig’s list and did it for about a week before he gave up. he said it was really tough.
