Good volume control is actually based in the lungs - expanding them to take in a really good bucket of air to begin with, & then teaching them how to force it out evenly. So remember to take in deeper breaths and release the air steadily as you speak. That's step one. The other step is learning to speak from your gut. When you are talking, clench your abs and feel the difference in how you support your voice. It won't necessarily change your voice when you WANT to speak loudly, but it will give you the choice to speak up when you need to & naturally it should get louder w/ practice.
Talk slower aswell, if you speak at your own pace no-one may be able to understand you so loud and clear as they say :)
You raise your volume? I don't really know any other way, just start to talk louder, anybody can do that.
