There are artificial eye drops that you can get over the counter to hydrate the eyes...but I would ask her doctor before giving her that since she is only 11 sweetie. You may want to find out why it is getting dry, could it be due to allergies or perhaps something else... hope this helps.
try using perscription eye drops from the pharmacy hope that helps. If that doesnt help just wash it with contacts cleaner. You can get the stuff everywere its called eye solution

Water would not be a good idea. Go to your doctor and ask for advice or you could do to your local chemists.
i dont know about products but watering the eyes may help though....
i think she can use eye drops 1 mounth. it can be spring allergy.
