Except that I just saw where you're from and really don't know enough about your country to know if vaccines are available. Sorry. :( If they aren't, the best bet you have is to stay away from anyone you think may have it. Wash your hands a lot!! Look up the symptoms online and keep them in mind; if you think you have it, go see your doctor.
Some countries don't like vaccines for various reasons, wasn't sure if yours was one of them lol. I think a lot of things they do are business things for money, for instance the price for the vaccine in my country is a bit high I think. But, it works, and people need it... You're welcome and stay healthy! :p
Get the shot, make sure you are drinking the water you need and if you sometimes feel sick make sure you stay home when you have to, or feel the need to, and know the difference between swine flu and a regular flu, that way you can contact a doctor just in case.
tamiflu tablets can be prescribed for u if uve been around someone whos had swine flu... i think its the better option compared to the vaccination ( dont think it was tested properly/long enough)
LOL no we have them :D i just thought it's a business thing for them to get money :D I guess i have to take it then :) thank u !
Thats kind of easy. just get the vaccination!
By getting the vaccination...
Constant hand washing .
that's it !!?? :D
