So my field hockey practice starts in two days and I am not fit at all but we are going to start with heavy fitness training! I really want to make the team and would like to know how to prepare to not be huffing and puffing after the first five minutes!! Thank you in advance..**
I guess you could start working out more and drinking plenty water... But not much will change in 2 days. Just mentally prepare yourself and relax I guess so you're not nervous.
