Dance tryouts

Does anyone have any advice for dance tryouts coming up in may?? Like how to prepare? I’m so nervousss. Or something else? I’m not sure how you can help over internet But try please? Alsooo. How can I lose weight for try outs? And get my endurance up for practices If I make it because our practices are Tough

I practice a lot for try outs. But I make sure I enjoy the practicing, if you don’t you’ll just stress yourself out. As for loosing weigh just eat lots of fruit and veg, drink as much water as you can and keep dancing! Maybe go for a daily jog to boost your stamina. Xx

don’t over work yourslelf, go out confident and just look at it as almost a game, it’ll be fun, smile. I’m assuming this is dance at school. If at an actual center, try brushing up on your terms and practicing each one. So they’re clean, more professional.
