You can, the risk is low but there
How effective is a vasectomy? The overall failure rate for vasectomy rate is 0.15 percent, but that doesn't give an accurate picture of its real effectiveness. Most vasectomy failures happen during the first couple of months after the procedure, when live sperm may still present in a man's semen. Couples must continue to use another method of birth control until the man has ejaculated about 20 times (clearing the sperm) over as long as six months and tests (we require two) have shown that no live sperm remain. Some men skip the tests and end up regretting it. About one of every 4,000 vasectomies fails because the vas deferentia manage to reconnect—a failure rate of 0.025 percent.

You're 13..what 13-year-old boy has been fixed? I've heard young boys say they are to get away with having sex without a condom. Be careful.
Or is this about the 18-year-old who has your name tattooed on his ankle? In the State of Wisconsin, where you live, the age of consent is 18 (him). Sex with a 16 or 17 year old is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 9 months in pris0n, unless the partners are married. Sex with someone younger than 16 is a fel0ny. That would be you.
You should keep yourself save from all of this at this age. It is not the right time to think about all this and You're 13, I've seen many young boys who say that they are to get away with having sex without a condom but you should take care about yourself.
If they have had a visectimy(sp?) no you can't, and you shouldn't want to get pregnant at your age
um im not sure but i think so like ty says some vasectomy fails soooo
