How can I finally get some sleep?

Every night, I lay in bed all tucked up and ready to sleep. then I listen to my heart beating and I start to worry about dying. I eventually drift off to sleep and I wake up screaming because I'm having a nightmare of dying. everyone said I shouldn't be scared of dying it's a natural thing. But please help me. I end up falling asleep in school because I'm scared of sleeping because of the nightmares. PLEASE HELP ME! anyone got any ideas or solutions?
