Do what feels right ... Try it out and if it becomes strewssful stop doing it, or figure out a schdule or plan for school work, maybe parties and soccer.
It might actually help you because you would make new friends and get exercise. If it does get stressful you can always quit so might as well try it out.
I don't think the great one(s) above would give you more than you can handle. Also consider, if you don't like it, you can stop.
